Where we summarise a standard, the regulator's own published text governs. We link to it wherever possible. Standards change, and while we review our material regularly, we do not warrant that every page reflects the current position at the moment you read it.

The content, design and branding of this site are owned by Gwenda or used under licence. You may read and share it, but you may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.

Third-party names and standards referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a standard or product does not imply endorsement, affiliation or certification.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the material on this site.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
